Established in 1990, Largs Football Club is a proud community-based club located in the NSW Hunter Valley region.
Built on a foundation of passion, teamwork, and local spirit, we provide opportunities for players of all ages and abilities — from juniors to seniors, men and women to develop their skills, build friendships, and enjoy the game of football
Club History
Largs Football Club was proudly founded in 1990 at Ernie Jurd Oval, Largs, by the White family and a close-knit group of mates. At the time, their junior club didn’t offer a senior pathway, leaving the boys without a team to continue playing the game they loved. Driven by passion and community spirit, they came together to form a new club—one that would provide opportunities for players of all ages to stay involved in football.
In 2025, the club took another exciting step forward by launching its inaugural junior teams, proudly named the Vikings. This milestone marked a new chapter in the club’s journey, strengthening its commitment to youth development and family involvement.
From these humble beginnings to a thriving, family-focused community, Largs FC continues to celebrate the joy of football and the power of local connection.
